Angaben gemäß § 5 DDG (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz)

Not ready for launch Every field marked TODO below has to be filled in with the company's real particulars before this page goes public. An incomplete or missing Imprint is the single most commonly abgemahnt defect on a German commercial site. If the company is not yet formally registered, tell us, because the required disclosure differs for a GbR, a UG and a GmbH.

Provider

Company: TODO: full legal name including Rechtsform, for example "Pulseready Medsystems UG (haftungsbeschränkt)".
Registered address: TODO: street and number, postcode, city, Germany. A P.O. box is not sufficient; this must be the address where the company can be served.

Represented by

TODO: confirm whether all three founders are Vertretungsberechtigte, or only the Geschäftsführer. List only those who actually are.

Register: TODO: Handelsregister, and the Amtsgericht holding it. Omit this whole section if the company is a GbR and therefore not registered.
Register number: TODO: for example HRB 123456.

VAT

VAT identification number: TODO: Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer per § 27a UStG, or state that none has been issued.

Responsible for editorial content

Pursuant to § 18 (2) MStV.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
